Pomodoro Timer

Pomodoro Timer provides a clean, user-friendly way to add a productivity timer to any page or post on your WordPress site. This block includes:

• Focus & Break Modes: Easily switch between work sessions and break intervals.
• Visual Progress: A beautiful circular progress ring that updates in real-time.
• Customizable Durations: Set default focus and break times in the editor, or allow users to adjust them on the frontend.
• Color Customization: Fully customizable colors for focus mode, break mode, background, and text to match your theme.
• State Persistence: The timer remembers its state even if the page is reloaded, ensuring you never lose track of your session.
• Browser Notifications: Optional desktop notifications when a session ends.

The timer state is saved in cookies. If you reload the page or return to it within the active duration, the timer will resume where it left off. However, the timer logic runs in the browser, so the countdown technically pauses if the browser is completely closed, but it will calculate the elapsed time upon reopening to show the correct remaining time.

If you enable “Show Settings Button” in the editor, a settings gear icon will appear on the frontend, allowing visitors to set their own custom durations for that session.
